Bear Valley Springs is a gate-guarded, 25,000-acre mountain community with 110 miles of paved roads and a fifth of the community is set aside for open space. Amenities include golf, tennis, the use of two lakes, a 47-acre equestrian center with multiple arenas, 35 miles of dedicated trails (also used for hiking), two campgrounds, indoor work-out center, sauna, spa, Olympic-size pool, country club and more. Kern County fire department and our own police department are also part of our community.
