Lakewood Theater, located on the glimmering shores of Wesserunsett Lake, is the oldest running summer theater in the nation. The nostalgic energy of all of the productions and fanfare of the past is palpable as you walk the property. This unit is 1 of 3 units in the building affectionately named ''The Lodge''. At first entrance, you are greeted by the large screened in porch that is perfect for an afternoon cocktail and big enough to enjoy dinner with friends or family. The large living room has plenty of natural light and space to sprawl out after a long day on the lake. The galley kitchen will really take you back in time and is just enough space to prepare a quick lunch before heading back out on the boat. The main bedroom is somehow cozy and bright, inviting and private. There is a direct entrance to the front porch as well as the back deck, and a wood burning stove in the corner for those cool fall evenings. There is enough space for a sitting area and a queen size bed, so don't be fooled by it's size. This lot is the largest of the lodge units and includes a full 1/4 acre of land for you to enjoy. Ownership of this cottage also benefits from private, community, grassy lakefront land and dock access. - Take an evening stroll over to Lakewood Inn Restaurant where you'll find dinner service and a wonderful Sunday brunch. The theater is also just steps away and features weekly productions all summer long.
