Allow me to introduce myself: My name is 103 in Casa V, aka Building H in beautiful Isla Del Sol. I provide resort-style living as your permanent paradise or as an income property (minimum 30-day rental). I have one of the lowest monthly fees in the area. I am a ground level, furnished/almost turnkey condo with a washer-dryer in my utility room, a screened lanai (with storage closet) facing the waterfront heated pool spa. For your viewing pleasure as you sit back relax, there could be tropical birds, dolphins manatees plus all manner of watercraft - sometimes even a boat parade. Kayak racks with water access are just down the sidewalk fishing is allowed along the shore. My parking space is just steps away under the tower building. My mailbox is in the tower lobby and upstairs is a spacious social/gathering area with a large TV, pool table and library. I have a storage locker on that level too. I am on the same property as Isla Del Sol Yacht and Country Club. where a variety of membership plans are available for golf, racket sports, the yacht club, and social/house (dining, pool, fitness, etc.) Everything about my location is so incredible that it takes a additional pages.
