The villa consists of a main house and guesthouse, and is built on a prime double lot at the end of a cul-de-sac, backed by one of the fairways of the reknown PGA golf course, inside the Tulum Country Club.

The most amzing feature of the villa is without doubt the incredible back yard that consists of a beautiful big terrace, ideal for entertaining, and is surrounded by purposefully landscaped tropical gardens that provide an amazing sence of privacy, all the while allowing a few glimpses of the fairway of the reknown PGA golf course that backs the property. The swimming pool is large and at the middle has a beautiful stone arch with a 10ft waterfall coming from above, creating a true feeling of living in paradise.

The Tulum Country Club is located between Playa del Carmen and Tulum and is reknown for it's PGA golf course with club house and a multitude of amenities, 24hrs security and controlled access and has it's own private beach club.
