DreamHome Network Ad Guidelines and Policies

• Each ad is for one specific property only
• HTML code is not allowed in any field.
The following are not allowed in the Description Field
• A website link/URL, can only be in the Website field. This is so we can count the number of clicks to your website - a valuable statistic for you to be able to determine the value of your ad.
• The phone number can only be included in the phone number field
• Real Estate Ads - You must select an existing State/Lake or State/ Golf Course combination for your real estate ad. If your lake or golf course is not in the list, please select (pending category) in your state.
• TITLE field is limited to 65 characters
• The Virtual Tour field must be an actual, direct link to a virtual tour, or YouTube video for the listed property.
• To be Featured, your ad must have a nice photo as the first photo. If yours is an ad for a home, an exterior picture or lake view picture is suggested for best display in the featured column.
• Ad cannot be changed to a different property. If your property sells, you can change the "For Sale" field to "SOLD" by clicking the SOLD icon in the TOOLS row.
  After it has been marked as sold, your ad will remain on our website for 3 months for market analysis. If you prefer that a sold property be removed at an earlier date, we will gladly accommodate your request. If you have purchased a 10 or more ad package, you can add a new listing when one sells or goes off the market.

Dream Home Network reserves the right to reject or modify any ad submission that is not deemed appropriate or does not conform to these policies.
