The course is always in impeccable condition, with the greens especially well-manicured.
There is plenty of shopping and entertainment nearby, including the popular Quigley's Pub and the best bakery in the area, Kudzu, less than a half mile from the front gate at The Tradition. Inside the gate, homes are a pleasing mix of single-family and attached villas, with current prices from the mid $500s.
